The AAPINA of Nevada serves as the unified voice for Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) nurses around the world. The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The AAPINA of Nevada strives to positively affect the health and well-being of AAPIs and their communities by:

Supporting AAPI nurses and nursing students around the world through research, practice, and education.

Facilitating and promoting networking and collaborative partnerships; and

Objectives

The objectives of the AAPINA of Nevada shall be:

Promote professional development of AAPINA-NV members through training, education, and service.

Collaborate with other health professionals and community organizations that support the mission and vision of AAPINA-NV.

Identify and address the healthcare needs of AAPI in the state of Nevada and beyond.

Address the healthcare and nursing concerns of AAPI nurses and affiliates locally and globally.
